New Court Information
As previously reported, the new pickleball courts cost basis has increased to over 3 million dollars. We met with the HOA Board members and RCI employees Jack Sarsam and Bill Barnard concerning next steps. Everyone acknowledges this increase along with labor shortages brings significant challenges.
The pickleball club now will wait as RCI and the HOA board discuss how to fund the increased cost growth of the project. As for a timeline, it is expected that the HOA will be reporting out at their next board meeting in November. No one wants to wait until November, however, if the HOA Board is to take any action, it must occur at the Board Meeting.
